How it works
One path for resorts and creators.
Connect world-class resorts with top content creators. Build authentic partnerships that drive real results.
- 01
Create your profile
Creators add platforms, follower counts, engagement, niches, and a media kit. Resorts add photos, rates, and blackout dates.
- 02
Post or apply
Resorts publish a brief with deliverables and compensation. Creators pitch. Accepting opens a deal and snapshots the 10% fee.
- 03
Fund the stay
The resort pays cash plus 10%, or confirms a free stay. Dates cannot overlap a blackout. PostStays holds the cash.
- 04
Deliver and revise
The creator submits links. The resort can request a revision or approve a submission, then release the payout.
- 05
Report the result
The creator adds views, reach, clicks, and bookings. Both sides review. Disputes go to an admin, who can record a refund.
The fee, on a real example
$2,000 cash plus a $1,500 stay. The quote on a live deal uses that job's numbers.
Fee math
What each side pays
Stripe test ledger · non-cash fees recorded only
- Cash collaboration
- $2,000
- Stay value · 3 nights
- $1,500
- Gross value
- $3,500
Resort pays
$2,200
$2,000 cash + $200 PostStays fee (10%)
Creator receives
$1,800
$2,000 cash − $200 PostStays fee (10%)
PostStays keeps
$400
Cash fees from both sides. $300 more is recorded, not charged.
Non-cash mode is record_only, the default. The stay is worth $1,500. PostStays records $150 from the resort and $150 from the creator ($300 total) and does not charge that amount to a card. Change NON_CASH_FEE_MODE to charge_cash before a deal is accepted to collect it.
The resort charge sits with PostStays until the resort approves the content. Only then is the creator payout released. You are in mock mode, so no card is charged and no Stripe transfer is sent.
