Resort agreement
What a resort agrees to when posting and funding a deal. These pages describe how the product works. They are not a substitute for counsel before you take real money.
Listings
Jobs describe real dates, real deliverables, and real compensation. Flagged listings are hidden. Pending listings stay visible with an in-review badge until an admin approves them.
Payment
You pay the collaboration amount plus 10% when you fund a cash deal. That charge is held until you approve the work or an admin records a refund. Cancelling before funding does not move money. After funding, cancellation goes through a dispute.
Stays
If you offer nights, publish blackout dates and put the room and guest count on the deal before the creator travels. The stay value on the deal is what the in-kind fee is calculated from.
