The rules for using PostStays. These pages describe how the product works. They are not a substitute for counsel before you take real money.
The marketplace
PostStays introduces resorts and creators and holds cash collaborations until the resort approves the work. A profile, a job, or an application is an invitation to deal. A deal exists when a resort accepts an application. The quote on that deal is the fee that applies.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email on the account and for what you post. Do not impersonate a property or a creator. PostStays may flag or remove a listing that is misleading, unsafe, or not a real collaboration.
Content
Creators keep ownership of their work unless a deal says otherwise in the messages. Resorts receive the usage described in the job. Deliverables submitted on a deal are shared with the other party and with PostStays admins for moderation and disputes.
